Atlas Boiler – Ace Heating Solutions
Since 1988, P.C. McKenzie Company is proud of its long term relationship with Ajax Boiler. Back in 2003, Ajax introduced its Atlas Series High Efficiency Condensing Boiler. At the time, the Atlas was offered in two sizes. The Atlas Series Boiler combines solid engineering and innovative design with the highest quality components in the industry.
Ace Heating Solutions was formed several years ago when the Ajax Boiler Company phased out the traditional Steel Inclined Water Tube Boiler and reintroduced its newly designed Atlas Condensing Boiler featuring a 7.5 to 1 turndown and Honeywell SOLA Controller.
Ace now offers the Atlas Condensing Boiler and the Triton Near Condensing Boiler. Both boilers maintain the same quality workmanship you have become to expect from Ajax.
Ace offers two distinct product lines; the Triton High Efficiency Vertical Copper Fin Tube Boiler, and the Atlas Series condensing boiler.
Atlas Series
The Atlas Series Condensing Hot Water Boiler is now available in 7 models with a variety of options and upgrades. Atlas size ranges from 500,000 Btu/Hr input to 3,000,000 Btu/Hr input.
What are the best applications for the Atlas? The Atlas is best designed for low temperature 
applications, although it can be used for applications with outlet temperatures up to 250 deg F. The highest efficiencies will be seen at lower temperatures, such as snow melting, pool heating, and outdoor athletic field heating, and low temperature building loops. In order to get the best efficiency out of the Atlas, building loops should be run at lower temperatures since condensation is not a concern. This lower building loop temperature will lead to less insulation around the pipes because of the lower differential between the ambient air and the water.

Triton Series™ High Efficiency Near Condensing Hot Water Boiler combines solid engineering and innovative design with all the quality and features you would expect from a company with a proud 100 year tradition of building safe, solid, high quality products.
With thermal efficiencies of up to 86%, fully modulating up to 5:1 turndown, and a sealed combustion chamber, Triton Series™ boilers offer feature rich , high performance, low NOx operation with simple and convenient installation, operation and serviceability. The Triton is offered in 4 size ranges from 800,00 Btu/Hr input to 2,000,000 Btu/rr Input.
To further enhance user control and functionality, the Triton Series™ comes standard with the enhanced SOLA display. This high-resolution touch screen display provides the user with easy and quick access to all of the system’s features and capabilities, putting all of the SOLA controller’s functions within easy reach of the operator.
