Natural Gas Booster Compressor for  wells

Natural Gas Boosters are used to solve a number of problems dealing with low inlet pressures. 

The most common application for the GrimmerSchmidt line of Gas Boosters are for increasing natural gas well pressure. These units are completely assembled and ready for connection to gas service for immediate, unattended operation.

The Model NGG 351-41 Booster can take inlet pressures ranging from 0 to 15 psig and boost it to discharge pressures up to 100 psig with gas production volumes up to 575 MSCFD.  They are trailer mounted for easy transportation and powered by GrimmerSchmidt's mono-block design.

Compressor:
  • Water cooled head and valves

  • Full flow oil filter - engine compressor

Electric System:

  • 12-volt heavy duty maintenance free battery

Discharge:

  • Manual bypass valve
  • Pressure relief valves suction and discharge
  • Shutdowns - low engine/compressor oil pressure, high coolant temperature, suction and discharge pressure, discharge temperature
  • Antifreeze - 50/50 mixture
  • High liquid level in scrubber
  • 2 gallon auto lube oil system
