Our CNG Block Trade-In Program is All New! Save Money and Trade-In Your Old and Used Block –
P.C. McKenzie Company and Ingersoll Rand are pleased to introduce the IR CNG Block Trade-In program. This program allows customers with older IR CNG compressor blocks the opportunity to trade them in on new, fully warranted Ingersoll Rand CNG Compressor Blocks.
Here is How the Program works-
The block that is to be replaced must first be verified as an IR CNG block. This is done by providing us with the serial number which will then be verified through Ingersoll Rand. We do this to protect against miss-applied air ends that some, without the approval of Ingersoll Rand have been repurposed for CNG use.
After the block’s serial number has been confirmed as an IR CNG compressor block, a discount is applied to the cost of the replacement block. This discount is contingent upon the return of the complete old Ingersoll Rand CNG block to P.C. McKenzie Company for decommissioning.
The program has saved many of our customers from lengthy and costly overhauls. In addition, it provides the security of knowing that the new compressor carries a one-year warranty.

Ingersoll Rand Block Trade-In Program a BIG HIT!
P. C. McKenzie Company’s IR Block Trade-In program continues to be a big hit.
The IR 20H40NG, IR 05H25NG and even the IR 05H20NG have been replaced with brand new units that include the IR warranty.
“We have found that, in many cases it is more economical to replace a compressor block than to try and rebuild. All the connections are the same and line up easily.” Another customer reports that “we switched the compressor block out in ½ a day and were back online faster than attempting to rebuild our older compressor that dated back to the late 1990’s.”
Trade in discounts are available for the IR 05H20NG, the IR 05H25NG and the IR 20H40NG.
