Maintenance of the Axelson Valve

To properly maintain an Axelson Safety-Relief Valve, a service cycle of at least once each year is recommended. The yearly inspection, maintenance and testing of your Axelson valve will result in many years of trouble-free service.

Axelson Valve O-Ring Replacement

We suggest that all o-rings be replaced when performing your yearly maintenance. The valve seats should also be inspected and replaced as required.
